“The coaching was of the highest quality, the venue was perfect and I came away feeling relaxed and motivated. A rare opportunity to reflect, set goals for the future and to allow me to see where to make changes. I have no hesitation in recommending this event.”

Why Breathing Space
In a busy life there never seems to be the time or space to give your professional and personal development the attention it needs
Transitions – how to to handle career and life transitions more effectively
Dilemmas - feel confident in making important and complex decisions
Life balance - Would you like to make this a reality?
Try this weekend with like minded people to address some of these and other questions.
Get out of a rut and have some breathing space.
What is Breathing Space?
Breathing Space is a process we have designed to help you identify, address and plan actions around issues that are relevant in your life. We use a structured but flexible programme of individual coaching.
We can help you gain results through focused conversations with guiding questions, challenge, humour and empathy.
There is time for
Talking and quiet, reflection and discussion.
Working through blocks.
Enjoying a different rhythm and benefiting from a relaxed space.
Exploring the local towns, countryside and coast.
Group numbers are limited to six per programme.
This allows for three individual coaching sessions per weekend with your allocated coach.
The rest of the time you are free to spend time as you wish with others or by yourself.
People have found the coaching and social informality a good mix
“a relaxed environment- could go at my own pace”
“felt like I got plenty done and achieved a shift”
“Good to be outside and very informal”
